LDBU Door Bottom & Intumescent Fire Seal

The LDBU Door Bottom Fire Seal is a cost-effective way to upgrade fire door assemblies that have a door bottom clearance that exceeds the 10mm specified in AS1905.1. The seal is suitable for gaps up to 22mm and incorporates a waterproof high performance intumescent strip and silicone rubber gasket. It is simple to install with screws and is available in four standard lengths: 820mm, 920mm, 1070mm and 1220mm.
