Prevents rain, draught, and smoke penetration. This threshold plate is designed to work in conjunction with a threshold seal to create a weathertight barrier between your home and the outside elements. It is also ideal for preventing draughts and smoke from entering your home.
Smooth transition for wheeled traffic. The low profile of this threshold plate makes it easy for wheelchairs, strollers, and other wheeled objects to pass over it without causing a bump or scrape.
Available in 1m and 2.1m lengths. The LAS4011 Threshold Plate is available in two standard lengths to suit most doorways. Custom lengths are also available to order.
Mechanically fixed or adhered. This threshold plate can be either mechanically fixed to the threshold with screws or adhered with construction adhesive.
Silver anodised aluminium finish. The silver anodised finish of this threshold plate is both durable and aesthetically pleasing.
Fire rated for up to 4 hours. The LAS4011 Threshold Plate is approved for use on proprietary AS1905.1 fire door assemblies for up to 4 hours of fire protection.
